With more than 30 years experience contributing to organizations as a Senior Technology Executive, Business Consultant and IT strategist, Lynda J. Roth has developed keen insight and a proven track record of solving business problems through technology.  She also was an early proponent of using information technology not simply to improve business efficiency, but to create a competitive advantage and accelerate business growth.

Lynda began her career in information technology with Ralston Purina, Levi Strauss and McDonnell Douglas. In the 1980's after working with a mainframe software company (McCormack & Dodge), she established her consulting practice, working with Fortune 500 companies to implement accounting systems. 

In the mid 1980's Lynda launched a software/consulting firm, Integrated Data Architects, with 2 of her colleagues. Their goal was to provide software that was integrated with popular accounting systems to translate all of the daily transactions into information on which executives could rely for decision making.   The companies key clients were American Medical International, First Interstate Bank, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shearson Lehman Hutton, and American Express Bank. 

Lynda's approach is to use information technology to contribute to her clients' business development goals.  Her impressive track record has consistently demonstrated a unique capability to identify critical business needs, define effective technology solutions for those needs and then successfully and economically implement these solutions so her client companies enjoy significant long-term results.

As the President and founder LJR Consulting Services, Lynda advises clients on ways to improve profitability and productivity through both technology and business process optimization.  She also works with companies and private equity firms on the role of information technology in mergers and acquisitions. 

Lynda is a member of the Board of Directors of ACG101 (Association for Corporate Growth Ventura Chapter), the San Fernando Valley Chair of the Institute of Management Consultants in Southern California, the treasurer of the Indian Falls Homeowners Association and a member of Provisors.
